Feminine and stylish, a fragrant perfume of fresh strawberries and rose petals precede ripe, juicy flavors of cherry, raspberry and citrus zest. Fruity yet dry, this refreshing wine is reminiscent of the lovely dry rosés served in seaside café along the French Riviera.

Our Un-Oaked Chardonnay is harvested from our northern most vineyards. The wine has developed a clean, crisp, aromatic flavor and is wonderfully balanced with fresh, tropical fruit. It pairs nicely with lobster, shrimp, chicken, turkey and rich, buttery sauces.

Light straw in color with aromas of Grapefruit, Lemon Lime and Green Apple. The wine is crisp in the mouth and finishes clear with dominating citrus flavors

On the nose, Kung Fu Girl is bursting with Asian pear, white peach and spring flowers. Apricot, pear, lime, and a pleasant minerality keep this off-dry wine at the perfect level of subtle sweetness.  Charles Smith Wine. 

The Adobe White is a proprietary blend with a golden straw color, and fine floral notes of orange blossom and rose petal.  Pear and apple aromas, and a varietal Chenin Blanc character, are also apparent.  The full mouthfeel is rounded out by the structure of the Roussanne.  The finish is crisp, but balanced with a bit of residual sugar.  The mouthwatering fruit flavors are of red apple and stone fruit.

Color: Medium golden straw.  Aroma: Tropical fruits, apricot, banana, tangerine, and a touch of spice. Flavor: Peach, apricot, guava, and plum.
