Rahr Texas Red
Texas Red doesn’t have any funny anecdotes about how it got its name and it wasn’t the first beer we ever brewed, but this amber lager doesn’t need any of that because the real story is its balanced flavor. The notes of caramel and its sound malt character are perfectly balanced with just a bit of hops. This is a super-smooth, very drinkable beer and at the end of the day, that’s what is most important
Samuel Adams Boston Ale
Samuel Adams® Boston Ale was first brewed to celebrate the opening of our Boston Brewery. Like Samuel Adams Boston Lager®, it originated as an old family recipe rescued by Jim Koch from his father’s attic. Samuel Adams Boston Ale, a stock ale, has distinct earthy and spicy notes from the traditional English ale hops supported by sweet caramel malt notes. The ale yeast imparts a variety of fruit and ester notes while longer, cooler fermentation adds smoothness and complexity
Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat
Sam Adams Ale brewed with cherries. Crisp and fruity with a hint of honey. Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat® follows the centuries old American tradition of brewing beer with native ingredients, in this case Michigan cherries. The sweet, fruitiness of the cherries is balanced against the crisp, cereal note from the malted wheat and the subtle citrus flavor from the Noble hops. A touch of honey is also added for sweetness. The end result is a sweet, refreshing beer that is light on the palate but long on complexity
Samuel Adams Latitude 48 IPA
Samuel Adams® Latitude 48 IPA is a unique IPA brewed with a select blend of hops from top German, English, and American growing regions all located close to the 48th latitude within the “hop belt” of the Northern Hemisphere. The combination of hops in this beer creates a distinctive but not overpowering hop character. The beer is dry hopped with Ahtanum, Simcoe®*, and East Kent Goldings hops for a powerful citrus and earthy aroma. The hop character is balanced by a slight sweetness and full body from the malt blend
Redbridge Gluten Free Beer
Redbridge beer doesn’t need to make promises to stand out from the crowd; its
very essence sets it apart. Redbridge is made without wheat or barley, so the
approximately 3.2 million consumers who are unable to drink beer made with
barley due to Celiac Disease or because they follow a wheat-free or gluten-free
diet can once again enjoy a great tasting beer. Redbridge is a rich, full-bodied
lager brewed from sorghum for a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste

Duvel
A World Classic Ale
The secret of Duvel’s subtle bitterness resides in the hop and yeasts used during the brewing process. The yeast are cultivated from the same source that Albert Moortgat brought with him from Scotland in 1918. Duvel owes its sophisticated taste to the unique bottle conditioning process of 90 days: after 2 weeks in the “warm cellars” where a second fermentation occurs, the beer stays in the “cold cellars” for another 6 weeks. Only then is it ready to be shipped and appreciated around the world.
Duvel is indeed a devilish beer, full of contrasts and surprising discoveries. Its golden-coloured appearance, delicate sparkle and refined, silky taste with complex aromas hides an 8,5% alcohol content. Lush aromas include citrus, apple, hops and yeast. Flavours of pale malt appear throughout, with strong yeast, hops and alcohol notes. The 8,5 ABV kicks in mid-palate, warming to the end. Thanks to the balance between its fine aroma sublte bitterness, Duvel occupies a unique position in the rich Belgian Beer tradition.
Duvel’s distinctive head is created through a magical process of bottle fermentation.
“Innocent-looking but in reality extremely potent, Duvel is one of the world’s greatest Ales”

Smithwicks
Ireland’s Oldest Ale, since 1710.
“The basic Smithwick’s Draught has a creamy head, a palate that is very soft at first but develops in sweetness, and a hint of treacle toffee dryness in the finish. It seems bigger than might be expected from a gravity of 1036.
It is brewed from Pale Ale malt, roasted barley and 20 per cent corn syrup, with English bittering hops, plus Fuggles and Goldings for aroma.
Smithwick’s had used the same yeast for many years, and the beer has a week’s cold maturation. Draught Smithwick’s is also made by the Cherry’s brewery, in Waterford.
The bottled version of Smithwick’s, known as Number 1, is a point higher in gravity, and has 10 per cent corn syrup.
Blue Moon
Blue Moon, a Belgian-style witbier brewed by Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado, was launched in 1995. The beer is orange-amber in color with a cloudy appearance because it is unfiltered. It is also spiced with coriander and orange peel in addition to the hops found in most beers. Blue Moon has a more pronounced orange flavor than many other beers of the style, and also has a slightly sweet flavor. The grain bill for Blue Moon includes malted barley, white wheat, and oats.
Shiner Black
Bohemian Black Lager, crafted according to exacting old-world standards with imported Czech Saaz, Styrians Hops and selected roasted malts, is the darkest beer we brew. Initially added to the Shiner family as our 97 Anniversary Brew, the unique and complex flavor of this rare brew found such a following among our customers that we brought it back for good!
Shiner Bock
Bock reflects the tradition of genuine Bavarian beers as a brew only a craftsman like Kosmos Spoetzl, trained in the “Old Country,” could bring to life. With its deep amber color, distinctive rich flavor and full body, Shiner Bock demonstrates the care of a handcrafted brewing process to bring forth a mellow taste free of the bitter aftertaste found in many micro, specialty and imported beers. Just think of it as Shiner smooth.
Buffalo Butt
Legend has it that back in the 1840′s, a group of cowboys hanging out at one of the many bars in Fort Worth’s “Hell’s Half Acre” would quench their thirst while telling tales of their buffalo hunting days. When one of the cowboys said a nice, cold beer was the only thing that could make him forget the often-viewed sight of a buffalo’s butt, the local brewmaster laughed and vowed to create Buffalo Butt beer to commemorate the posterior of the prairie’s most majestic beast. Today, Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. continues this fine tradition with our own recipe for Buffalo Butt beer – a rich, amber lager that doesn’t require months on a dusty trail, gazing at a buffalo’s hindquarters to be enjoyed.

Ridgeway IPA
Bright, golden, and playful on the tongue, with rich wholesome, English malt, so fresh it seems to have been harvested yesterday, balanced
by a keen bitterness as well as the spicy herbal and floral accents that a superior brewer can coax from whole hop petals. It is also intriguingly complex, with the earthy, slightly funky nuances that can only come from an original Old World multi-strained yeast, live in the bottle.
